Citycon has commissioned Frontage to conduct a pre-study to assess the continued development of food & beverages in Liljeholmstorget Galleria, with a special focus on concepts and offerings in the restaurant square.

For this assignment, we will be evaluating existing offering, identifying improvement potential and developing recommendations and guidelines for the upcoming rental work.

The property owner’s vision is to develop the area while helping create the future city. Together with local tenants, the aim is to establish an attractive shopping and meeting place for residents, visitors and those working in the area.
